What if I am using Disconnect in Chrome?

If you are noticing issues with messages sending, messages getting stuck on pending, or with seeing the correct battery status of your phone in the MightyText Web App and you are using the Disconnect Chrome Extension, please try the following steps...

While visiting the MightyText Web App in your Chrome browser,
  1. Click the Disconnect icon on the top right of your browser page.
  2. Click "Whitelist site" in the Disconnect drop-down window.
  3. Refresh the MightyText web app page.
