Problem with certain apps like Google Inbox that group multiple notifications into a single, updated notification card, where redundant and excessive notifications get pushed to chrome. For example:

-1st email comes in, I get two duplicate notification cards in chrome.
-2nd email comes in, I get the original notification about the first email, plus a 2nd notification about the 2nd email, plus a third notification that matches the notification on the phone where both new emails are grouped into one card.
-3rd email comes in, I get the original notification about the first email, plus a 2nd notification about the 2nd email, plus a third notification about the the 3rd email, plus a fourth notification that matches the notification on the phone where all new emails are grouped into one card.

Seems only necessary to show the updated notification card where all emails are grouped. Tested Pushbullet as well and it seems to work this way, eliminating the redundant notifications when new emails come in.

Other apps that group new notifications into one card have the same problem.
