Add a blacklist feature

Allow users to define a list of mobile numbers from which messages should never be sent to Mightytext and remain on the phone only. Specifically, this is important for text messages requesting authorization for stuff as part of 2-factor authentication (e.g. messages sent by banks requesting authorizing for money to be transferred out of your bank account).

As an extension, I run blacklisting software on my phone (to reject private numbers and spam callers), and because Mightytext also attaches itself to the same hooks, the blacklisting software doesn't get an immediate handle, so I'm back to getting spam calls for 2-3 seconds before they get hung up on.

It would be neat if we could manage who we receive calls and texts from, and which of those gets passed to our other devices.
