I show my messages splitted with the "Messenger" application from Google on my phone. But recipients say they see only one message... Strange !

I'm also having this problem. And I always send long messages, therefore, MightyText is not going to work for me. A shame since it's such a useful app. Please address this issue, it's uncomfortable sending someone five texts simultaneously.

Yes, still splits messages at 160. Using default Messaging on KitKat. This is extremely annoying. Thanks in advance.

splits at 160(ish) for me. I use chompSMS on Nexus 5 running kitkat and the mighty text Chrome extension. Sending long messages on the phone is fine, receiving long messages on phone and mighty text is fine. Sending long messages (and for me most of them are) from mighty text looks like one message in Chrome but is sent via chompSMS as multiple messages and is visible in that app as multiple messages. Quite hopeless for typing messages to our service engineers out on the road which is what I wanted it for.
